We have a book club at work and, to be honest, I try hard not to buy books from it! I am lucky enough to own lots of lovely books already, and I am limited on storage space. Plus I like to support my local library. However, I was instantly drawn to this book by the New Covent Garden Food Co ‘A Soup for Every Day’.
I made homemade lentil soup for dinner tonight, served with homemade granary bread and Guernsey butter. I can’t for the life of me remember where this recipe came from, but it was so delicious I just had to share … |
